The Clean Jobs Index, located at www.ecotechinstitute.com/cleanjobsindex, is an online tool to compare states’ use and development of clean energy and energy efficiency. It is also an objective source for updated information on jobs in the U.S. clean economy sector.The Clean Jobs Index was developed by Ecotech Institute, a two-year college specializing in preparing students for careers in clean energy and energy efficiency. The Index provides information useful to policy makers, job seekers, students, clean energy employers, industry experts, economic development professionals and environmental advocates.
