Aug. 4 (Bloomberg) — Bloomberg New Energy Finance’s Sebastian Henbest discusses climate change and the outlook for global cooperation on emissions reduction. Data from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration showed that the combined global land and ocean surface temperature for June was the warmest on record for the month.
