Identified as a National Special Security Event by the Department of Homeland Security, the Super Bowl unites federal, state, local, and private sector agencies who work together across jurisdictions to ensure emergency communications operability and interoperability each year. The latest National Emergency Communications (NECP) Spotlight details how these agencies planned for Super Bowl LIV and used the outcomes to improve preparation for years to come.
