Small earthquakes reported in eastern Allegany County, officials say

LEXINGTON POLICE HAVE ARRESTED TWO PEOPLE IN CONNECTION TO A FIRE THAT KILLED A BELOVED FIRE CAPTAIN, 31 YEAR OLD BRANDON HOSKINS, AND 37 YEAR OLD STACEY STEGALL ARE CHARGED WITH MISDEMEANOR BREAKING AND ENTERING INTO THE WEST FIFTH STREET HOUSE THAT BURNED.
